My friend is driving my other firned and I to a party in his 4 month old WRX. We are going about forty when all of a sudden the car starts to vear right (mainly cause my friend is not paying any attention). Wouldn't you know it
...the kid nails the frickin curb.
Not just brushes it, but head on spanks the crap outa it with both front and back wheels. He is pretty concerned when it comes to his car so both of us go out to check the damage right away. I checked the rear and didn't notice anyhting, but then again the rear did not get his that hard. My other friend who knows nothing about cars checked out the front and gave it an okay. We started to drive again, but my friend who was driving said somehting did not feel right so we pulled over and this time I ckecked it out. Holy ****....it looked like he blew out the entire suspension, the whole front wheel up to the rim was tucked, with a minor dent on the rim itself. The rear was also suffering a little, but not nearly as mutch. When we looked at the whole car from the back it leaned to the left crazily. I hope he didn't fawk up more than just the strut and spring and maybe the control arm. I know it sounds stuipd, but I thought ralley cars were built tougher than that, being as I was not sitting on the side that he hit when he hit. I guess that is to be expected with any car though. Needless to say, it was pretty weird and I feel sorry for him since I want his car.

They are ralley cars but the street versions are not the same as the actual rally. Lots of mods done to the rally versions you can't have on the streets.

I don't think warranty covers accidents like this.
Damage like this just doesn't happen and they can tell the cause by the extent of the damage.
Tough case to prove
