Well today I was at a dead stop at a red light behind a jeep and my friend was following me, he was going atleast 40 miles/hour and swirled and scratched my left side back bumper and it scrapped off my paint and the bumper is hanging off from it's original position... He chipped my fricken backlight cause his passenger side mirror hit it... Tomorrow I gotta bring it to the dealership and get an estimate... Hopefully I get good news tomorrow and get an aftermarket bumper. My car is a 2003 civic ex coupe NHBP standard transmission that I just bought 2 and a half months ago... OMFG!!!!

Anyone know how much I might get ? Because I might as well get an aftermarket bumper

confused... your friend hit your car? If so, I would take payment in blood for the shear lack of respect for your vehicle and friendship, and then if he doesnt have enough blood to pay off teh damage, I would make him pay every last cent for the damage, otherwise you better have some damn good premium rates on your insurance.
