Had he been following the group buy thread he would've know about the increase in price. His lack of following the thread would also explain why he was confused about Paul's e-mail informing him about the refund. Paul would've assumed that he'd gotten an explaination through the thread and there-for did not have to offer one, just inform him about his refund.

The seller has no responcability for the funds except to refund them. Personally if I sent money and was refunded and later found out why I would be happy ebcause what if his new price was higher then another place was and you decided to take your busines there. Over draft protection aside, if he sent an e-mail saying I need more money that would have not been professional and you would have probably raised suspicion that something was going on. So in his best judgement refunding your money was what he did, and in doing so he became uninvolved with any further business from you. Your mad because now you just dumper 21 dollars for no reason.

The seller owes you nothing. You had your chance, you missed it they are in the business of making money they can only bend over so far for so long.

I bought my lip from him. I had no problems with contact and shipping, and recieved my item in good condition and in a timely manner. I would do business with customauto.ca again.
