what do you guys think of that company?

i saw some stuff i wanted to get but i live in canada.. i had an account with my address info in it and the shopping cart wouldnt calculate or give me shipping options. i contacted them thru email with a few more questions other than the shipping cost and all they replied with was, "You need to be either living in USA or Canada, we don't ship elsewhere." I replied saying I AM in Canada, but they ignored me. So much for "top service".

oh yeah, i still want to get the stuff, but now i dunno whether i should get it from them or if there is a similar dealer
