PM sent to who? Its been just about 2 weeks and i am still very unhappy with this situation. I do not have the time to to call around finding a solution when i purchased these from you, truehonda, so shouldnt you be the one to take care of this problem? I waited 4 months to get disappointed. I work from 8 to 5, six days a week, so i have very little to no time to contact progress.
i was hoping to get some progress but seeing that they did not go nowhere close to the height i was looking for, i think ill just get something else. progress used to be known for the shorter struts for better ride at lower height. idk what happened to them now. they losing it. i think slow should not have to deal with progress at all and get a full refund. its not his fault progress lied about how much the drop was. wouldnt that be false advertisement???
I will get this worked out and post whats going on. Slowem2 you have a PM. The coilovers do go that low, this is just a one time case that we are working out. We have sold so many and cars have been slammed on them.

No problem bud, I'm just looking out for a fellow 7thgen member and trying to make sure people are held accountable for their products. I hope everything works out with the new springs and that they perform and look just like you want them to. Keep us posted on everything!

Nope, it's been more than 6 weeks now. I was told build and lead time was 4-6 weeks according to progress. But I was also told 6-8 weeks for the coilovers and I got them 16 weeks later so this was kinda expected.
I'm curious as to what Progress is saying about this. Have you been in touch with them at all, and if so, how are they explaining the situation?
