Placed an order with tirerack.com, literally a minute later, a representative called me and asked me to confirm my order, and make sure every was to my liking, all i can say is WOW 
yea.. I've ordered thru them on more than five occasions.. they always call me up in the next five minutes to confirm. Great prices too.. I bought 4- 18" OEM BF Goodrich tires for my F150 for 90.00 each (w/ 30 shipping) These retail for 160 - 190 per.
