what happened to robearracing??

Well first off, their website has changed for the worse. They have some new system that has you wait on a page for 3 minutes for approval. Well then nothing happens and it gives you an error and says to call with the error code ready. I tried calling 4 times already and its either busy or nobody answers. I even left a message and nobody called me back. I just want to know about shipment status. I know the paypal went through because I got a confirmation e-mail a minute later after instant transfer. Then it says that the robear paypal address isn't registered? I don't know whats going on here but its really annoying and I won't be ordering from them online anymore. Everything is very disorganized. I would also appreciate a reply as to the status of my order.

Oh and btw, I sent a pm from this site to ask if a product was in stock and never got a reply since over a month ago. Does he even visit anymore?

i don't think they would all go on vacation but thats weird that no one answers anything. Who knows maybe they all went on vacation by patient you never know what could happen

Ya the thing with me is I've been burned countless times already on the net and this kind of thing from a reputable vendor really gets to me. I can't believe how hard it is to find good online retailers these days. But I will wait and see what happens before I jump to conclusions.

You know what, forget it. I'm cancelling the payment and this order. It's been 3 days without communication of any kind. I shouldn't have to be the one to post complaints here and try to figure out what happened. I'm done wasting my time. I hope you're able to fix the problem with your company so this doesn't happen in the future. It is unacceptable, especially from a 7thgen vendor.

Seems you paid with Paypal, and your order has not been processed on our website. Have you gone to our contact page, and emailed or called during PST business hours? All we need is your name or a quick email to us.

Send us an email at fast150@verizon.net and we will handle your order, please have your PayPal transaction ID# ready. I can either give you 100% refund or send out the item you ordered today. Let me know!

I dont come on 7thgen as much as I used to, and I will do come on here more.

Well thanks for replying. I tried to call many times this week and could never reach anyone. I even left a message. I have already canceled the paypal payment and found the same item on ebay, so I won't be needing it from you. I just hope you can fix the problem, because I've ordered from you before and would like to continue doing so. I was just so frustrated. I mean, the paypal address it gave me wasn't even a registered account, so I don't know whats going on.
