bought HIDs from Impulse...4 months and nothing

he has been avioding my PMs and hasnt been in contact with me in 3 weeks so maybe this will get his attention. i sent him the defected HIDs back in exchange for new ones back in december and we will soon be in april. all i get are excuses on why they havent been shipped. first it was waiting for someone else to pay off their kit and mine would be next to go out (which doesnt make sense unless they carry 1 kit at a time), then the next was they just got things sorted out with another member and again i'd be next (but i thought i was next after the last guy?) and the last excuse i was told was he was waiting for a shipment to come in over the weekend and mine would be sent out as soon as they did...that was late last month. Impluse, i want my kit or my money back, i'm tired of waiting and hearing excuse after excuse. this is like dealing with SF all over again, i swear to God once i get this settled i'm not buying **** from anyone on this site again.
