I copied this post from the HID thread, because I want everyone to know that I'm very impressed with how Jay treats customers

I want to thank Jay for all his time helping me figure out what the problem was (Galaxy HID kit had the pos/neg plugs into the stock harness backwards!)
took forever to figure out, but he figured it out for me, and was very devoted to helping me out the entire time.
and also one more thing I want to add, we tried a few things (upping the fuses to 30a) and he offered to pay for the fuses since he suggested it and I didnt have 30 on hand so I bought some. (not neccesary) but the fact that he offered.. I've never done business with anyone who would go that far

hahah, ya Jay is real good, Got my HIDs from him and had no problem, they came out good, and i just recently purchased something from him that the USPS fukked up and he said he's gonna do everything he can to fix it. He is deff a great seller, he wants everyone to be satisfied with the products he sells and that is great business.

Ordered two pairs of MTEC's, got the first one fast, USPS lost the second pair at least once, and he got another set out to me ASAP. Definitely will do business with him again in the future.
