Robear Racing-Issue now resolved-Thanks Rob

Well, I placed an order from Robear on April 30 online. This day was a Friday. I knew when I placed the order that the shop was closed that day so I figured it would go out on Monday and I was fine with that. I paid two day express shipping for a revo ss and a set of AC S7 indiglos. After waiting for the parts to get shipped, I finally saw them the following Friday which was the 7th or 8th of May. I looked through the box and noticed that the gauges had two indicators for Hot/Cold engine temp but no indicator for Empty/Full fuel gauge. I called Rob that Friday and informed him. He told me that I needed to deal with AC about the issue. Right then I was kind of like wtf, why am I having to deal with someone else when I bought it from you?
Anyways, I tried calling AC directly and they said the vendor needed to take care of the issue. So Rob told me he'd get the part I was missing and send it out to me asap. I never received it and I hadn't heard back from him. I tried calling today but couldn't get an answer.
I'm kind of dissappointed because I've ordered alot of things from Rob before it was Robear a long time ago. Hopefully the issue will get resolved soon. I'll post as things develop.

I totally understand why you are frustrated, and want to take care of it.
if i had an extra set of gauges, i would open them up and send you the piece you need. Somehow AC Auto mis-packed the gauge box we sent you. I truly apologize about that!
The moment i get more 01-03 Civic S7 Gauge, i assure you I will overnight the correct piece to you, and an extra gift , which i promise you will like!
Again, i truly apologize about this small incident, it will be handled professionaly and in a timely manner.
