I purchased an Altezza grill from these people a few months back, since it was the only place where I found it new. Anyways, I received my grill 3 months after the purchase, and it wasn't even the right one. They sent me the RS one. I tried to contact them but nothing. I suspect they did not have it in stock, but that's no excuse to make me wait 3 months and then send me the wrong one.
Just wanted to warn you all about these people.
Don't ever buy your stuff from them. Their customer support also sucks ***.
