here is a situation, u buy something online, send the money, the person selling the item shipps it, but it never gets to you, there is no insurance or tracking number. the person responds to emails, provides a picture of the item before it was shipped. but refuses to return the money as it is not his fault. Do u think he should return the money ?

i wouldn't buy something unless it's insured or have a tracking #. no i don't think his obligated to return the the money if he did ship the item. but if the two parties agreed to ship the item with insurance and he didn't then the other guy should get his money back.
