Ya think? He told me he had sent them and I would get them around 5 Dec. Asked him for tracking numbers but never sent them. Then around 9 Dec he told me that he had gotten the package returned and must have put the wrong address on the box? Then he told me on Monday that he sent them again via Fedex, but as of yet no box and no tracking numbers after repeated PM and emails asking for them.

Also asked him for the tracking numbers for the first time he tried so ship just so I could see that they had been shipped and returned? No numbers ever sent.....................still waiting

If anyone knows Tommy Licata aka Prototype please let me know? I am contacting paypal tommorow to try and get my money back. He has an excellent seller rating and I find it hard to believe that I got shafted by him, however it is starting to look like my worst fear is right. Any help you can give me is appreciated.

Anyone know this guy and if something has happened to him or if he is on vacation or whatever? I hate to go through all of this and get all pissed off and then it turns out the guy was in a car wreck or out of the country or some **** like that?

Yeah he did mention that today, just as he told me that he did it on 5 DEC and again on 14 DEC. Oh well he contacted me back today for the first time in awhile and told me that he would ship them TOMMOROW. So we shall see............................???????

That sucks man. I was gonna buy something from him, but now I'm not so sure. I have no tolerance for this kind of stuff. If someone buys something from me, I ship it out the next day.

Actually I should have updated this thread, but forgot about it. Since this deal me and Tom have done quite a bit of business and have helped each other get some really great deals! He has become a good friend and I think the world of him.

I would definitely suggest that you do business with him. At the time of our first transaction he had quite a bit of negative **** going on and I understand the circumstances. Again I would highly reccomend Tom as a seller.

well.. i paid him for a spoiler roughly 2 weeks ago, and he said he sent it out, but left the tracking number in his friends car, and when he said not to worry its been sent, and it should be there by the end of the week, and the end of the week has just rolled around, and now its like 3-4 days in the week, and still nothing

i pmed him once about it, and he did read it because i got the read reciept
and nothing... ill pm him again

nah man, I had a bad deal with "Prototype"

I bought some Octane sideskirts from him for 75 bucks...sounds too good to be true and it was. literally 6months i waited, he said he left his tracking number somewhere BUT he knew where it is, all i had to do was what a couple of mins and he'll get back to me...never did. DIDN'T YOU READ MY RATING I GAVE HIM? In the end i had to get all these moderators and admins to help me get my money back from this guy. He did however refund my money.

Thats strike 2 on prototype that i have known of.

oh yiah, i informed derek-ceo about my situation because when i bought the sideskirts prototype was a mod. prototype had the nerve to tell me, "why are you getting Derek into this? why do u have to make him the third man?" CAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY SHJT AS-HOLE, if u had the slightest hint of a brain u would know why i did proto.

Again I must reiterate that I think the world of Tom and will talk to him about your sideskirts man. I know that he is a good guy because I have done four or five excellent deals with him since this incident. Sorry to hear about the situation but I think he is s stand up guy and has just had some wild **** happening in his life all at once. We will get it straightened out for you!
