Ok guys... About late November another member and I made a deal to buy some parts. I sent him the money on December 3, 2003. I still have not seen the parts. He has the money, he has admited to that but I still have not seen the parts. He has gave me the run around since then. I have pm'ed him many times in the last two weeks and have not hurd from him. He posts here quite a bit and I would think he would live up to his end of the deal.. What should I do? Thanks to anyone who helps.

man i got the same problem who is also a vendor on this site and from what i understand from local law enforcement the pms and emails are a verbal contract and the person who is sending false information and accepting money is commiting fraud and theft..what you can do is print out the emails and pms and take it to your local station, they will help you with all of the steps required to recoupe you money and also punish the offender

I'd rather not say his name just yet... I dont want to out the guy unless I have to. I'm hoping he will get back to me soon. If not then I will post his name and other information so no one else will buy/sell to him.

I suggest waiting to see if the vendor gets back to you and, if he doesnt then PM an Admin (Pharoh)
