Wtf Cirka-x!!!!!

Cirka X is trying to pull a fast one on me. Its bad enough he's gonna take forever on giving my camber kit, but to top it off he charged me for two. He ended lowering the price told me he was gonna cancel the first trasaction and put in a new one in with the lower price. Well he did put the new price in and never took the first one out.I tried calling him and no answer. What should I do? Should I contact the BBB?

Just to let you know I did charge it back but you have to realize chargebacks take time, usually 2-3 days, if you don't see a chargeback in the near future let me know and I will refund your money completely and give you the camber kit free

Thats been taken care of. I meant the product being in my hands. i can't even get a tracking # from this guy. Emailed, phone, and fax and no response.
