What do you guys think? I bought these 3 weeks ago but have yet to receive them, not even a tracking number. I'm been PMing him but I'm not gettign responses anymore. Anyone know him? Just let him know I want a response to know if they're coming or not. Please help.

i'd say you just lost over $160. did you notice he's NOT a registered user? did you notice he has over 20 negatives in his feedback, most of them say he never shipped. $66 for a grill?? damn man.

i think you will probally get it. most of the people in his feedback say it took a while, but the got their item. they also say it was hard to communicate with him, but they still got their item. i say just be patient and if you dont get it in the next few weeks, report him to ebay and paypal for fraud. good luck with all of that.

hey, whats up . I love hearing what people say without even knowing me. Yeah, I ran into some problems with ebay and paypal. Hey civicsoulja............items are on the way. If you dont get it by mid week, let me know and I'll try to track it down. Things happen, I bought a cf dash from Kazell, it was damaged in transit, so, yes things happen.

Heres the deal with ebay. I was selling CF gas doors........the place i go to ship them were an independant business, kinda like mailboxes etc., a guy up there was stealing some of the doors instead of shipping them. yeah, he is in jail. Federal offense. Thats why on my feedback, i have some positives, some negatives, i had no way of knowing who got thiers, whos was in transit, and who he stole. Im still getting that worked out. So, if you bought a door off of me, and have not gotten it yet. PM ME on here, dont email me because i have a junk mail filter and all emails that I get through ebay usually go directly in the trash.

Paypal: did you know that people can pay you for an item, claim they never recieved it, and do a charge back and get there money back? I didnt know that. But it happens. i have some buyers who got there item, got there money back. Paypal protects the buyer, not the seller. Then when you give them a tracking number to prove that they recieved the item, Paypal makes you try to get the money back from the buyer, paypal wont get it back for you.

But like I said, I love how people automatically say"You got ripped off" and assume things. All of the negative feedbacks, i have tracking numbers for to prove they got their items.

ok first of all we had already made a deal after you ****ed my order and took you over a month to ship it, then when you finally decide to ship item, you sent the wrong item and some one else got my item, then I had to through the bullshit of contacting your other customer, (wich by the way fou ****ed up he's order as well) pay for shipping wich your broke *** won't refund either of us, but its ok you probably need the money more than me so you can keep it and shuv it, Now everyone that gets to read this thread will now what kind of irresponsable, thief, low life bastard you are.

dude, i offered a refund on the shipping you and him had to spend. How am I a thief, you want a set of eyelids you didnt pay for to make up for $5 shipping. "Thief low life bastard" huh? I didnt take your money, therefore Im not a thief, I have a father (and know who he is..) so Im not a bastard.

Just for everyone to know...Our deal was I will give him a set of defective CF eyelids in exchange for some good feedback on ebay.....since I took so long to get his order straight,, which I did get it straight. I am temporarily suspended from ebay right now, I had to send some tracking numbers to ebay along with a form to prove that some buyers got their items...SO YOU CANT LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR ME(your part of the deal)....THEREFORE I do not send eyelids(my part of the deal). When I get back on ebay, and you leave me positive feedback, then Ill send you some eyelids.

I cannot believe you are making a big deal out of me not giving you something for free. and im the low life? GEEZ.
