speedpeople.com
Hey I just wanted to warn everyone about speedpeople.com. They are very unreliable, I just ordered a pair of Generation 3 Altezza taillights and I have been waiting for about 4 weeks now. I have called numerous times and each time they tell me they will be here in a week or less. I have called 4 times and have been waiting 4 weeks. Then i called today to try to cancel my order and get them from someone else and they won't let me cancel my order! what bullshit. so i dont know what to do now, plus in the meantime of waiting i found some better taillights but i dont know if i can get them now. so dont order from speedpeople.com, im warning you, they suck!!!!

That's strange cause I got one of the last Thermal rear exhausts from them. After waiting a few weeks I called and their service was really good. They shipped it out the next day after I called.
They are probably trying to save you from ruining your car by putting on the altezzas. Can't blame them for making the world better. LOL, j/p.
It sucks when you don't get the stuff you want in a timely manner, but you often take these risks when dealing with many of these import stuff sellers. You either get lucky or unlucky. (I had a horrible experience with rsversion.com but there are others who had good experiences. The dumb kid on the other line even started to get loud with me even though he is suppose to be customer service)These businesses have few employees working for them, which is a major factor. And the customer service is often run by teenagers who don't know anything about quality service. Remember, you are not dealing with "Best Buy" or customer service from your "Visa" credit card, but rather amateurs, and more like sellers from ebay.

Stick with the well-known sites like autodynamic.com, racinglab.com, sparkplugs.com, and some others. A good business will ship the item out the next business day and give you a tracking # immediately.
