WTF NOPI get it right!!!

I finally received my header from NOPI, and guess what? They only shipped the top portion! Now UPS has to come get it and take it back and then they will ship it after they receive it. So I’m guessing a week or so be fore I get my sh*t

hey, if you actually think about it, this is 1 out of a million mistakes that nopi has this problem..

i've had

good feedback and so forth with nopi and ill always order from them if the price is right..
sorry about your header ordeal, but youll eventaully get it and be happy..

umm nopi fooked me, they listed stuff that wasn't even out like Black Widow kits, took them a whole summer to tell them they ddint' have it, i put on my kaminari kit in august last year

I stopped ordering from them after they screwed up like 3 times. Plus, returning things to them or gettign ahold of their customer service is a process in itself.

TwilightX had problems with them as well. Ordered brake pads for his 6th gen. Confirmed with 2 people that they had the right pads for his gen. When he got them, box said it was for 7th gens. Called them up and was told it was still ok. Went through the whole process of trying to put them on, but they didnt fit. Called NOPI and they told him he had to pay for it to be shipped back.
