Making street glow; glow!

ok the problem is that when i turn on my street glow at night the side light up nicely but the front hardly "glows" so my question is there any way to cut a part off the front bumper in order for the light to "glow" through?? (BTW) i think MEX wrote about doing something like this.

cut pieces out of the splash guard. if you have it mounted in your bumper just take off the splash guard all together.

yeah, you just take it off by undoing those clips, the ones like if you were taking off the front bumper, just take it all off and when you want just clip it back on.
