SIGH - I have the worst luck EVER
For the 4th time today (and the 3rd time without me in the car), my car was hit in a parking lot...this time by the dreaded DUNKIN DONUTS HUGE METAL CART...
I go into D&D....during the 5 minutes I was in there, someone pushed a huge metal bagel cart up next to my car on the sidewalk and left it there. A HUGE storm rolled in with pouring rain and wind, blew the car over and it wasted my passenger side of the car.
Bodykit needs to be repainted
Need a new fender
Possibly need a new door
I estimate ~$2k in damage.

Rep Power: 339 i say sue the d&d for damages.. it was THEIR cart that was left there because of the LACK of cart containment devices.... or poorly designed carts of find out the lazy BIATCH that left the cart there

Rep Power: 0 Their insurance will be paying for it........Every other month my car is in the shop getting new paint........why can't it all happen at once is my biggest beef.......then I could get custom paint!

Rep Power: 0 I feel your pain. It seems like my car is cursed. In the past month my car has been egged, the passenger side door was kicked by a drunk person, the trunk was badly keyed by the same drunk person, and I scraped the front bumper against a support pillar in my parking garage.
I feel like I've spent the past 2 weeks plaiying phone tag with my insurance company.

Rep Power: 0 oh crap... well at least they're gonna settle it... that sucks mad tho... like my car... i was having dinner wit my gf one night... and i come out to find that some idiot opened his door into my car... i have a big dent about a foot long a little below my rear window... errr but yea, that sucks dood =T

Rep Power: 0 damn that must suckbut i think i've had it worse...ive had bad luck with my car too....someone keyed it from the back door to the taillight,stole my honda "H" sign twice,someone dented the side of my car near the taillight, two nails in my tires,dad scratched my rim.. plus a damn typhoon scratched my car all over.... but it's cool cuz im getting the car repainted..
damn. I've never seen a Dunkin Donuts cart before... were you parked in teh back, near their loading area?
And how exactly did your car blow over? was it parked on a steep hill? I can't imagine what strong winds would tip over a car that was on level ground (and you're in Connecticut, so that rules out tornados)
Luckily my insurance covers natural disasters (damage caused by, falling trees, earthquakes, storms, hail, etc. but not animals)

The cart was left out front for some reason.....If you ever seen a big metal cart that is used for delivering baked goods, it was like that...but even bigger.
