I would wait about 10000 miles before doing anything major. If stuff is going to be bad parts chances are it will go wrong right from the start. Changes like intakes and cat-backs are easy and won't cause too many warranty problems. I don't know that I would drop it right away, I would make sure that all the other parts in the suspension are ok before you void the whole suspension warranty with lowering springs. Rims should really be the first thing to go because they'll be the most expensive thing, but take a few months to decide, or do like I did and look at every rim and take 10 months. Figure out what you want to do and go with it.
