Cool VW side marker on civic

hi,

I need some feedback for installing VW side markers on civic.

I am thinking about installing B5 VW clear side markers on civic 4 door, white...

do you think it will be ugly?

Keep this in mind, on the jetta, the metal goes down around the side marker because it is so deep. If you install it on your Civic, with the sharper lines, and don't get the metal pushed down, it might stick out a lot and look weird. Just something to think about. I think there are better side markers to use.

hi elvis,

thanks for the detail...I am also aware of that.

actaully the side marker will stick out 2mm more (0.2cm)...so the whole profile will still be thinner than most side marker we see on the market...

I had a Ferio in Taiwan...and the side marker really thick, I am not impressed.

I still have a question, the profile of a VW marker is totally flat and hard (not soft, elastic, shapeable) while the side fender of a civic is a bit curved, I wonder what will happen if I install it...
