Angry Honda Dealership jacked me

Well my back bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. Luckily that was all I needed. Well anyway, I took my car to the dealership I bought it from to have them paint it. They said that it would be 3 days. That 3 days turned into a week and a half. Then I get home and take a closer look at the bumper and it has scuff marks on it, so I take it back again. They keep it another week and I just got it back yesterday. Well I have a SSM sedan and I have heard that silver is hard to get to match but my bumper is way darker than the rest of my car. I know that it usual to have it a little bit darker because my front bumper is a tad darker than my car, but only at certain angles. Well my back bumper definitely doesn't come close to matching my car. The only reason I went to Honda to have it painted was because I figured that if anyone could get it matched they could. Now I don't know what to do, should I take it back to them? Is there anyway I can get my money back and take it somewhere else?

Ah memories.....

I went thru the exact same thing. Took it to the dealership group's body shop. They painted the bumper but the match sucked. I took it back and they matched it a little bit better. Well, instead of typing it all out again, here's my old thread:

Satin Silver Metallic Bumper Paint - Hard to match??

oh yea, if they reshoot the bumper, MAKE SURE THEY TAKE IT OFF THE CAR.

The place in the thread I linked got lazy and sprayed it while it was on my car. Well, guess what? They oversprayed my car ALL OVER. It took 2 trips to a professional detailer to claybar it all off. Lucky for me it was a friend and he didn't charge me anything. I didn't want to take it back to that body shop because I didn't want them to scew anything else up.

Well on my rallyle red civic, the paint doesnt match perfect on the back bumper either, i have a body kit. They use single stage paint on the bumpers, (no clear coat, its already mixed in). Its cheaper paint.
