its a local 4 lane highway, theres a river near it. River aparently was high and high tide came in.

I got a whole doner RSX Type S for a motor, i'll update this thread with pics of the heart doner when i get it

edit: oh i didn't even realize you were in fairlawn. It was Route 46 by the Little Ferry circle
