My poor car

My poor car I was driving this morning and got into an accident 
. I was going straight at about 45-50 mph through a green light and a damn kia sportage makes a left right in front of me... I slam on my brakes to no avail... the kia's passenger side rear end is beat up.. passenger side front end is wreacked . Radiator wrecked.. air bags deployed in my car. Im ok, not a scratch on me. The guy who hit me is retarded. You know, mentally challanged. He's really slow and has trouble speaking... A truck on the street got hit too and the truck driver and me both agree this guy shouldnt be driving. I just hope my frame isnt bent and my car doenst have to be totalled. 
If he doesnt get full fault im gonna fight this.

Rep Power: 0 Damn, sorry to hear that. same thing almost happened to me this morning. on my way to Best Buy, i'm pulling in to the parking lot (i have right of way) and this dumbass woman is coming across the parking lot and not stopping. she pulled right out in front of me and i had to slam on my brakes (and i felt the ABS kick in). Then she has the nerve to honk at me... i almost lost it, but she's lucky i was on my way to buy the new LP... bitch...

Rep Power: 0 haha couldnt the LP wait?? i would have bitched at her anyway. i hate people that drive like idiots. they are horrible around here. i drive like 30 everywhere and just cruise because people pull outta anywhere and just go without looking. sorry to hear bout your car man. hope it isnt totaled.

Rep Power: 0 Totally sucks man. It is such a bad feeling to get into a car accident. I totaled my old sentra ($6000 damage). It was one of the worst experiences ever. The important thing is that you are OK. Like my aunt says:

Rep Power: 0 Thats not that bad, a mother with her kids in a Minivan tried to out run me on a turn so she can get onto the highway. She took the turn way to early - lets just say you have to take the turn wide or you hop the median - and floors it through the turn - tires squealing, nose of the van about to touch the ground - and hits me way after the turn. I never see anyone floor it through that double left turn. There are three lanes to turn into but the two left most ones are where the dashed line on the road tell you to turn. She came yelling at me, telling me I do not know how to drive and why I hit her and demanded my license and insurance card. She did not have any valid insurance card and sped off right before the police came. Now her insurance company is still questioning the accident and is waiting for a non-existent police report.
Then a week later on a Friday night, I parked behind a Pilot. I flashed my brights at him to tell him i was there, but he did not see me. There was five feet between the cars, but he said he did not look back. He did not even need to move back to pull out. Damn people and the SUVs. Learn to drive them and suffer the gas prices. People suing b/c they have a family car that is a big SUV and the prices of a gallon go up. Family sedans do great as well.
Well, to stay on track, I found this great bodyshops - its italian and all they work on are Acuras, Vetter, Porsches, BMWs, and Mercedes. Its preferred by my insurance company. They said I can us the deductible towards sideskirts or a cf hood. I've been driving with my whole rear kicker panel bashed in and my hood bowing down to the car in front of me. I still get as much looks as I did before. The first shop I took my car to to get my other side fix did a horrible job. The estimater was very cute and hot, but the work was poop. My rear defroster does not work, but they redid my tint. Thats my story on my poor car. Did I tell you that one of my tires was shreded up because of the accident? The rim was fine though and my alignment is now way off and I have break steer to the right. Ahhhh. Finally got that off my chest. I would post pics off my car, but I need to take pictures of it.

Rep Power: 0 dude, i feel your pain. Same kind of accident happened to me. As long as your ok and it was the other person's fault then nothin to worry about. It's just a car, if it is totaled you can get some insurance money and start another project car.

Rep Power: 0 totalled well its being totalled friday. thats it for my civic.... I need to look around I think ill try to get an rsx -s or a cl -s .... I'm not sure how much money im gonna have so whats your suggestion in the 20-35k range?

OMG ARE U SERIOUS?? U GOT HIT BY A KIA???...dude, its obvious...anyone who drives a kia is retarted is some way, form, or fashion..once the case is brought to whoever and they find out he was driving a kia you instantly get the upperhand...its like...unwritten rules of the road or something.

Rep Power: 365 My bro's CL-S ('00) came in at just under 30K. It was a really nice car. Had insane pick-up. That was before they came in a 6-speed though. His was an auto with the auto-shift or whatever they call it. It was really nice until his wife got ahold of it...
Personally if I had around that much to spend, I would get an Audi A4 1.8T with QUATTRO. They run about $26,700. If you want something about 1000x less practical, you could get a Nissan 350Z. Their Coupe and Enthusiast models are under 30K, the Performance model is about $500 over. They all have the same hp though, just cosmetic differences. The Lexus IS 300 5-speed sedan is $29,435. To get the CL-S you'll be spending $30,550 (w/o navigation) so that's at the very top of your price range. Man... I should work for C&D. That'd be awesome.

Rep Power: 0 man get a jetta 1.8t wolfsburg edition. i know i know it is a volkswagon and not everyone's taste but i love volkswagons, and the new 1.8ts have 170 or 180 hp stock, mad upgrades, chip, boost controler, intercooler, etc. handles unreal as well straight off the lot, if it is the wolfsburg edition.
