getting body paint fixed

Alright so I put my car in on wednseday to get my body kit paint fixed by the same company. So I call the guy up on friday to see if he is done, to my surprise he wasn't which I knew he wouldn't be, so he tells me he wouldn't fix my paint until next week and said if I needed my car to come get it. So I went to go get my car because I did need it for the weekend, well when I picked it up it looked dirty as heck so after getting my springs and camber kit installed ( posting pics tomorrow) I take my car home to wash it. Well when I went to dry my car I notice it had this really rough texture feeling to it and noticed that theres something on my car from the paintsop, well its was ALL OVER MY CAR windows and body of the car. So now I am flipping out like wtf is on my car and start to rub hard as **** trying to get this crap off my car. Well with all my man power it finally started to come off but the worst part is, it was only a little spot that I got to come off and I had the rest of the car to go.............. so I stopped. Does anyone know what well take this stuff off my car? I mean my hand power does do it but it will take me a good whole day to go around my car. I have to take my car back to the shop tomorrow to get the paint fixed should I tell the guy he needs to get it off my car or do it myself? Any help will be appreciated. I don't know what product will remove this stuff from my car body and windows and make my car back to normal. The paint is so rough and it does not feel like glass at all like it should be =\. PHEWWWWW thanks for reading I am pissed HELP PLEASE!

it could be overspray, or it could me some type of shavings, from a grinder or metal buffer. i would casually mention it to the shop when you take it back to them. just kinda ask, i was just curious, why is the paint so rough? they'll probably cooperate, if not go home and get the b-tch be good stick.
