advice for a poor man lol

hey guys i want to do something to my car but i only have $200 to spend any ideas?

i've got tyc healdights, aem intake, system,exhauast (universal, it sucks) i was thinking about lowering it but then i would have to buy shocks and everything right,

Nope, gold-line lowering springs, about 130 shipped from tornactive. Read up in suspension performance.

u can lower it w/o buying new shocks.... your car is just gonna be riding bad(bouncing a lot)... or, if u wanna lower your car AND keep your money, do what i did when i first bought my car... CUT THE SPRINGS!![IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG]

Springs aren't going to make your ride bouncy without new shocks. I've had gold lines for about 3 or 4 months now and the ride is fine. Obviously if you cut the springs, the ride is going to suck [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/IMG]
So I would recommend you not do that. Buy some springs, if you don't drive like a maniac, the shocks should last at least 6 months before they blow.

Well konis are around 500 something at tornactive probably the best price youll find that's all that's out right now or instead you can buy a full suspension setup i.e. tein, B&G for a lil more around 1000.
