just an update!!
i have been wating a while for my crankshaft to come in. now it will be here tommorw . so i am getting that tommrow after work and going to hopefully have the bottom end assembled and hangin in the engine bay. thurs hope to have it running after i get back from boarding. i will let ya knwo what happends...
oh yea and for refference the d1.7 rods are thiner than the d1.6 rods. so i had to use the d1.6 crank because thoes rods are like twice as fat as the d1.7"s. i believe they did this in our cars so that we would get better fuel economy to lighten them up. but that makes the WEEK fyi

Yes, continuing to bolster a charade over a long period of time does seem like a lot of work doesn’t it?

we could leave it up to black here to prove it, but hell probably show a random striped down engine block with a rod sitting on its deck again.
edit: someone needs to take his own advice. go away indeed.
