I just bought the Wings West Avenger bumper...
What did you guys use for OEM colored paint? I was looking to do this myself. Either way I'm putting it on tomorrow for fitment. It's urethane by the way, my car is nighthawk black pearl. Is my best bet buying the paint from Honda? Any one know how much it should cost for the amount of paint I need? Also one more, about how long should I expect this project to take (taking the stock of and putting the WW on)? Thanks.

do you know what I'm looking at for price? I searched and searched but only found some estimates for front with molding, or the whole kit. All I'm doing for now is the front, no molding.

Its really all depending on where you go and what kinda job you want, your gonna do it yourself you might want a facility to do it or you might as well save your money on car paint and use spray paint cuzz they are both gonna come out badly. For one thing you need to think about not only the paint but the clearcoat as well and the room to paint it with the tools and guns necessary for the paint and the room to paint in needs to be free from contamination there is more to this than putting it on and painting it. My advice is go to a professional and spend the 200 bucks and get it done right
if its urethane.. it has to go through an acid wash .. to wash off the oil that came with it .. and then u need a special kind of paint that'll stick to urethane .. !! just bring it to a paintshop .. unless u have some previous knowledge involving urethane/bodykit painting .........u'r gonna regret doin it by yourself !! !

Thanks for all the tips guys. Does anyone know however how long it should take me to pull off the stockie and TRY the new bumper for fitment?
I think it's funny when people come on asking questions about where to buy paint because they want to paint their bumper. If you don't know where to buy paint, don't know how to prepare the piece, and you don't even know how to take the original bumper off you PROBABLY shouldn't be doing this yourself. It's amazing the same people that are afraid to install rear shocks or something simple will jump at the chance to paint their bumpers.

Just kidding we all do it sometimes...
It should cost you around $200 or more to get it painted by a professional...I just got a new bumper painted a couple weeks ago and thats what it ran me....They were able to match the paint exactly so this is definitely a better choice than deciding to screw it up yourself and then take it somewhere to get fixed anyway.
