soooo.... what's the degree of duration on your cam shaft? How many degrees of overlap? How did you make adjustments to your fuel reg. and cam gear without dyno tuning? (you can't just magically change it to what you "think" feels right... you're likely damaging your engine with detonation or other problems)
You do realize that, even if you had all of this done, you'd be hard pressed to be putting down 150hp to the wheels?
And lastly, WHY ON EARTH did you buy new rods? Your stock rods are forged and can take well over 500hp.

Oh yeah... one last question there chief....
For quite some time you were trying to "sell" your jet ecu. (i'm sure everyone remembers that... he had it in his sig, and wanted someone to PM him if they wanted to buy it)
How the fiznuck do you sell your jet ecu when it's friggin INTEGRATED with your OWN???
Jet requires that you yank the ECU from your car and send it to them, at which point they solder their own chip onto your ECU, thus permanently altering your ECU. They then do a computer flash upgrade to make the modifications according to their specs.
So you wanna explain to me how you were going to sell your ECU, even though it's integrated into your car's ECU?
Oh yeah, and just in case you try to call BS on me... I just got off the phone with a jet technician after a 15 minute conversation about their ECU and the procedure for a 7th gen.

But how could he trade it for someone else's? He told everyone here that Jet asked specifically what mods he had, so they could adjust the ECU and air/fuel accordingly.
That means the ECU would be set for his car and his mods.... so what good does it do to sell it to someone else?
And the circle of crap just goes round and round and round.

S2000man is right about the ECU. All the new Honda ECU's are flashed with a specific program, either by the Dealer, JET, Hondata, or whoever. The alteration of the ECU would require you to ship it to JET. Black99vtec would have to go to Honda and get another stock ECU along with a new immbolizer...and key...sounds like too much trouble...

Really? That's stupid IMO. I'm waiting for the Skunk2 intake manifold to come out. I don't trust the sturdiness of the ABS plastic.[hr]

Is Skunk2 really coming out with a manifold for our cars? Not the new Si hatch? I was never verified about that.[hr]

Well, first off, you avoid the previous questions.
Second, they are forged rods. and those forged rods have been tested to over 500hp by honda.
Hell, it even says it in the friggin civic sales pamphlet/book that they are forged rods.
It's not like honda forged rods are somehow weaker than your forged rods. They are forged and sintered steel rods. the only thing you can do to increase strength is shotpeen them.

here are the spec's on my cam. 380 intake 388 exhaust (lift)
228 intake 118 exhaust (duration)
makes no low end power whats so ever but builds very nicely and hits hard around 5500 to redline.
just talked to bill gude himself
