if you have a 2k1 civic i can guarantee you wont get that much hp unless you have a turbo or something. and so far on this site you havent shown any pics of your car and the mods you claim to have...............dumbass

Ignorance runs rampant yet again. You'll free up 2-4 horsies only. The weight of the pulleys has nothing to do with the power gains. The Pulleys for the PS pump, and Alternator are larger with the pulley kit. This makes them easier to turn...it's a matter of simple leverage. The crank pulley is small. Thus making the belt turn slower....
The PS Pump will use up to 7hp under extreme pressure. The alternator can draw up to 4. Your not eliminating these drains..you lessening them by about 40%... your PS and Alt..generally only take up 2-3 HP under normal loads...So under normal conditions..you free up 1 horsie.... If you have a system in your car and your cranking it while making a sharp turn at high speed.then it will be harder to turn the car..and you'll free up the 4 horsies....
Get educated....you were thinking about the flywheel with your wieght comment...
