hey ppl, just thought i let everyone know that i'm going with a custom turbo setup as well for my 2k1 civ ex. i'm probably going to run with the AEM EMS, upgraded fuel pump, larger injectors, intercooler, T3/T4 hybrid turbo, intercooler, wastegate, BOV, blah blah blah, and 3" single piece piping from the turbo back. no cat. i talked to the guy at the shop and he said that the AEM EMS should take care of not having any o2 sensors so my check engine light wont come on. we're also going to dyno it before and after. right now i have the usual I/H/E. i'll try and get a hold of the plots and post it on the site. until then. the projected date for installation is the middle of next month. i'll keep everyone posted.

nice nice. are you goin with the usual 5 psi for our car? and what shops doing it for you? and thanks for producing some dyno sheets!

actually i talked to my professor for my advanced power systems class and he said i can run 7psi on stock internals. 8 or more psi then i need to first reduce the compression ratio and then work on the bottom end. there's a shop here in troy michigan, about 15 mins from my house. it's payn technologies. if you do a google search they have a website. there's only a few tuner shops here in metro D, and the other 2 rape you on price. there's more shops further out, but i don't want to drive an hour or more if the install is going to more than a day...which it will. the only exception is paint which i'll get in T.O. i'll try and keep everyone posted.
