Cleared & Painted headlights

Yesterday I cleared my headlights, and also painted the chrome frame piece. The actual clearing didn't take too long, but all the masking I had to do made it about a 4-5 hour project. I'm pretty damn happy with how it turned out though.

Excuse the crappy quality of my lame *** digicam. One of those "Free when you sign up with Earthlink" things.

I like it a lot. I think I should have put a heavier coat of paint on the left one, it's not quite as glossy as the right... but I'm my own worst critic. Overall I like it, it was worth the time!

Thankfully nothing major. I was pretty surprised, usually I F up projects like that. In the corner of one I chipped the paint a little bit when I was putting it back together... but it's not bad at all. All in all I like it!

Sweet looking hlights. I'll do that to mine if I ever switch back over to a red/silver/white theme from my red/black.

Nice Job....that looks good I love it on a black car... I think I might paint mine

I don't want to clear my lights overally since the cops love to pick on those things......But I just might paint them instead and see how that works and looks!!!
