'05 DX Stock

I picked up this 2005 DX Sedan a little over a month ago now and I'm pretty tired of it being stock. I have a black mesh grille on the way and a muffler waiting to be put on. Anyone have any suggestions of what else to do? Looking at rims in the summer and tinted windows are on my list of to-dos.

*sniff sniff* i smell someone cooking rice! haha

but seriously, everyone has their own style... i personally stay away from performance mods because you can't make these things much faster without dropping a pretty penny. it sounds like you're going to right direction with the tint and rims. one thing that i'm looking forward to getting around to is adding an auxillary/mp3 hook-up to the stock head unit.

one thing is for sure, from experience, if you do a major mod (motor, suspension, etc), do it right and don't skimp on quality. usually the good quality things are the more expensive ones...

good choice though : )

I definitely don't want it to be a rice rocket haha just make it a little more pretty than it is now. An auxillary/mp3 hook-up could be nice too.

i would get a front lip, type a/r sides, and rear lip, fog lights, tint, paint door handles+side mirrors, nice suspension setup + rims and stop there. you won't have a fast car but at least it will look nice and handle decently

I picked up some rims yesterday, just waiting for the enda winter so I can put them on. Any idea where I could find a front/black lip and sides? I've looked on ebay and couldn't find anything for a 2005.

the best thing would be to get a set of side skirts from the acura EL but those might be very difficult to find. here's some alternatives on ebay. also note that these are not painted so you will need to bring it to a shop to do that or you can do it yourself if you're comfortable.

type s sides: http://goo.gl/qLKGn
type r/s sides: http://goo.gl/5SLEV

front lip: http://goo.gl/67gci

i'm not sure what rear lips are available for 04-05 sedans but maybe someone else can chime in.

Little bit more done to it. Once I get paid I'll probably look into a front lip, sides and maybe some head and tail lights.

How'd you go about doing that? And do you think tinting or blacking out tail lights is worth it?
