Just traded off my well pretty nice 96 jetta for a 89 CRX DX. comes well equipped with a sticky tranny and a d15 that sounds like every lifter ticks..but i did get a 7in touch screen headunit...Accident? nope, Regret? well...no

well i plan on eventually doing a turbo i figured dropping in some eagle rods on a b16 would do it. either way the thicker walls on the d series would be safer so thats my sticking point

well its at my cousins personal shop. pre sure they would go for the restored 70 nova with all power windows and locks with heated seats first lol plus hes one of those guys if he sees you on his property and doesnt know you...well your already shot but yea as soon as the body is done i know a place that installs alarms for like 150 bucks or less

So here is my dilemma..i lost sleep over this already and i havnt had the car more than 24 hours. A motor swap is a must and i would like a turbo but my buddy has a B20 VTEC swapped teggy that i looove. I figure the same engine and someone with the experiance of already doing a successful swap would help alot plus much lighter car would be mean...is it possible to b20 swap a CRX??? anythings possible i mean how difficult would it be?

B20 will fit in CRX.You'll need a certain type of engine mounts though if you want your hood to close properly

A b20 is not a good engine to boost in stock form, the sleeves are too thin.
