Very nice and clean! So you went with the sedan grill in the end? Looks nice! I don't really see the appeal with tow hooks, but I suppose if you're plowing around in snow like that, you're gonna need it

Hey man, me again....
so i got the 04-05 Bumper, and got the Type R Rear lip
i dont have the slightest clue how to install the lip?
it came with 2 "Z" brackets 2 clips 4 nuts and bolts 4 self tapping screws and a bunch of washers.
do you remember how you installed your lip?
im really stumped, it didnt come with instructions.
spent about 4 hours trying to figure it out and i just couldnt get it to align every way i tried
any help would be appreciated, thnx
i also tried googling it, but couldnt find anything!

Re: Muirsy build thread
thanks man, my car is still in the body shop, kinda getting annoyed with those guys there, too many problems and they put my rear lip on wrong, there so many gaps, they said it was an aftermarket issue, i showed them they had it on wrong, i pushed UP on the lip from the back and everything lined up when i did that, made em look bad i guess?
they are supposed to be the pros....
anyway, i was looking for rims on kjiji, i typed in rotas, and your car came up, youre selling it?
my car is black, and ive been looking for gold rims with chrome lip, think that would suit my car best, other than going full out black
i like the stance on your car, my car is lowered with HSD coilovers and they are maxed out front and back on stock rims (15/65s) with rear camber kit!
i have an '01-03 Type R front lip and '04-05 Type R rear lip, and now i desperately need side skirts! lol looks weird without it
you probably have this on your first page, and ill look at it after i post this, but just in case, mind if i ask your rim + tire size? (profile+width)
they look like 17's, but hard to tell on a pic, with maybe a 45 or 50 profile?

If you do a youtube search on how to roll fenders, you'll fine at least a couple of vids that give you and excellent tutorial on how to do it.

^ this I rolled mine myself.. the only problem i ran into doing a friends car is if there is any rust then it really hard to not get that wavy pattern in the fenders

If you do roll your own fenders make sure the paint does not crack due to stretching, if it does your creating an area for moisture to enter and rust the car out fast.

Where does the groom sit?
Heh... that's a nice seat, do you plan on finding a matching for the right side?
