Keep It Or Sell It
as some of ya know my whip got stolen lastyear but got it back.. So now its bone stock, ya think I should keep it or get me a new whip? And if I should keep it what should I do to it?? Give me some ideas.
Re: Keep It Or Sell It
Sorry to here about your car being stollen bro. Man that really must have sucked.
Well if you want a factory Kswaped fwd whip...maybe an RSX-S? They respond well to bolt-ons and KPro.

Re: Keep It Or Sell It
tough choice. my car got vandalized and i was given the option of writing it off or new paint job and bodywork and i took the bodywork. part of me wonderss if i shoulda got out and bought an rsx-s. I am still happy with my decision tho. I say your car has a good story so keep it.
Re: Keep It Or Sell It
I'd say keep it. In economic times like these why take on new payments. Unless you can afford to pay cash for something new, I say keep what you got, and run it into the ground, but that's just my .02.
Re: Keep It Or Sell It
An RSX-S that has a higher chance of getting stolen for the K20A2 that all Civic tuners want nowadays. Plus, the RSX body never apealed to me, looks like a Cavalier.
If you got the money by all means get a new car, but if not drive the Civic and save your money for something more worthwhile. Thats what I am doing, I demodded the 7thgen and keeping it as a future daily/winter beater because I really like the car. Now I am just saving because thats what the Civic is best at

Re: Keep It Or Sell It
if you can get a decent price for it then i say get a used evo 9 or evo8. The prices for them are pretty good..due to the crappy car climate. I've seen a couple evo 8's go as low as $16k.
Re: Keep It Or Sell It
If u decide to keep it stay stock!! I would sell and get something thats worth modding......+1 WRX. Looking back I should have stopped after the audio upgrade, the rest is a waste.
I wil fix vBPlaza today

Re: Keep It Or Sell It
what do u want to do??? how much do u wanna spend???
remember you can only choose 2.
cheap - fast - reliable
if u want to spend less money, go ahead and k-swap your car and keep it a sleeper
if u want a better platform to start from buy the type-S and S/C it seeing as how for the majority of the time S/c is also safer than turbo.
If u money isnt really an option, go for the New Ralliart,a new WRX, a new TT, or a new BMW 1 series, wait for the 370Z
If u are lookin for a family car then just get a tsx and mugen the F*%k out of it, or a subaru legacy GT (clean cars if done right)
and anything you do buy a security system that has a 2mile radius on the reciever.
but thats my 2 cents

wow... we in recession y take on such a debt???
k-swap. our cars perform better and itll cost u about 2k..
meanwhile an rsx-s will run u minimum 14k.. and dats wit at least 65k+ miles on it.. u can get a full k20 motor for about 2k wit 30k miles on it.. keep in mind we in the ny/nj which we can get these motors for a very decent price..evo?? sti?? those r stupid choices in the situation e r in..
