Would these valve stems fit any wheel? Just curious....

depends on the wheel, but if it's oem, or reputable wheel maker, it'll work. some wheels use a wide stem, new cars have the TPMS type and heavy duty use a high pressure type. but again, 99% of passenger car and light truck wheels will use the universal type.
