its gonna be a waste of money.
ebay fogs dont produce any decent uniform lighting on the road...hence they are 30 bucks...
oem fogs actually uniform forground light and thus they are like 300+
so, id just get regular nookya bulbs or something...

currently Im running the ebay fogs with HIDs just slapped in.. i had to redo some wiring but rather than that is isn't that bad. I'm usinig 3000k and i think the output is decent. I do get more expanded light on the road and thats about it..

waste. non-oem fogs glare a ton, with hid will be 3x worse blinding everyone on the road. you want better lighting, retro an hid projector or at least a decept halogen projector. i plan to keep mine halogen since they work so well, and soon to be even brighter with boost

You should be okay IF you can actually aim it downwards..
I bought my fogs off of eBay and the adjuster bolt doesn't seem to help the light projection at all.

even with real oem fogs, they only have a shield on the side of the bulb (since halogens have coated tip), so with hid you would still see the tip.

I have seen people on the site get good results with these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CLEAR...spagenameZWDVW
Not that expensive either.

I'd rather keep the OEM look with the OEM style 04-05s that I bought off of eBay and throw some projectors in there.

Do not bother with ebay fogs. I made the mistake and they are both cracked after 6 mos. One was cracked after a month. I am going with OEM fogs shortly.

dont bother!!
my friend had bought a foglight set from Ebay and he not only got ripped off in the deal, but given a wrong switch-harness. At first he was given a cracked foglight which he had to send back and wait for a month to get the new uncracked light, then when we did the install i ran into a huge problem!
the switch harness wasnt even close to being right and even had i tried to do a bodge job of this it still wouldnt work. I told my buddy to just give the *** bad feedback, suck up the losses and buy a new switchharness, switch and relay from Honda so i can finish the install ~ which he still hasnt done yet?
Just buy the OEM foglight kit from Honda.....
and have someone you know (if they kown how to do it, aint that hard!) install it for you to save the 250.00 shop charge.
good luck.

ebay uses thin cheap glass lens, it will break from rocks and temp changes like if you have them turned on and you get cold water on them. oem has polycarbonate lens and only breaks from rock chips. oem has better beam, and a glare shield, but really its nothing to spend all that $ for.
