i think he should paint the kit, then get a drop. then put those rims back on. a drop, PAINTED kit, and OEM wheels just isn't a good look.

of course, i would have gotten the drop first, but that's me.

*edit: to airhead, what's the deal with the bit of primer above the driver's door?

Drop it, put those rims back on and switch out the tails for some '04s, Don. Or I'll sell you my tinted stockers since my UKDMs will be on my doorstep Monday or Tuesday. I would get dual tips on your exhaust to fill that spot on your rear bumper. Since the body kit is made for it, why not? Can't wait to see it painted though. Did you paint your Dad's truck yet?

Yeah Foo's thats a good idea. How much do you want for your tinted stockers? I want to get dual tips but I dont know of any good systems to get, never researched them. I've heard that apexi, magnaflow, and greddy are good. Any suggestions. Nope haven't painted his truck yet..... hopefully this weekend we get too. Im going to paint mine next weekend, if everything goes as planned. I might need some help from you foo's if thats alright

dualy exhaust=teh gay imo. And who ever said that lip kits look good on our car is right. For some reason all the body kits iv seen are O_o ugly.

Yes guys its getting painted within 2 weeks. I know its ugly looking as of now but it will all come together soon. Im waiting to install my TYC's and HID kit. Bought them from gear. Their retrofitted with Valeo H7's and have LED parking lights. Their pretty kick ***!!! I plan to get a drop next, either that or exhaust. I dont think the gap is too terrible with stock springs though. Only reason I bought this kit is because my OEM bumpers were shot and needed to be replaced and I found that kit for a hella good price. polyurethane too.

Not much for the tails Don, let me think about it and I'll hit you in PM with a shipped price. My UKDMs arrived today.

Don't know about dually being gay though. When I run my 3" turbo-back setup, I may do dual just to see how it looks with 3" pipes sticking out the back, and more importantly, if it makes better numbers. We'll see.

thanks clint! Yeah it actually doesnt look too bad having dual exhaust. I've seen many pictures of cars with duals. may help to push higher number, also depends on your turbo and other things too. Sweet! you'll have to post pics of your new tail lights. Clint, what should I do to my car next. Also i need a little DIY or check list you could say (prep work and such) on painting my kit. I need to talk with you on that.

Everyone else.... keep the comments coming. I know some will hate it and some will like it. I just did it because i needed it and i got a good deal on it. Down the road I will go back to OEM with lip kit, but not for awhile.

When i finally finish the plans I have in store for it, I can promise you that it wont be ugly. It takes time to make a car look good, cut me some slack.
