OEM Aero Lip Kit or Normal Lip Kit *Close please*
Ok, i have decided to buy a lip kit before i lower my car, so with that decision being made... i dont know which oem kit to buy. Like i like both kits but i can get the full Aero unpainted and primed for $425 shipped or i can get the regular oem lip kit for like $500 shipped. Like not many people have the aero thats kinda another reason why i kinda favor it over the basic oem. What do you all think... price isn't a factor, Its just about the look pretty much.

aren't the aero kits suppose to be painted already since there oem?
My 04 aero kit, all came painted from the factory.
I say, Aero side and aftermarket front and rear.
If i had too chose the two, my vote goes to aero kit.

yes the oem kits come painted.....i've seen it on ebay for about the price he's saying, but its a fiberglass replica. its in the small print. so i wouldnt go with that aero one bc its not oem

aero kit looks weird in person... and in jpeg format... Do your car right and go with the reg oem kit if your going to go oem... always a bunch of other guys out their.. tsunami, kaminari, siebon...

IMO the OEM and AERO front is disgusting, id prefer to get an RS lip, as for the sides, OEM sides, and a AERO rear is not bad, if you are baller get the kaminari lip kit, always loved the way they looked.
im sure you can make it fit, but it doesnt fit without any modification, and who wants to cut into a brand new lip ? I dont

on the 04-05 version, there is a hole/cut out in the front lip for fog lights. the holes are ever so slightly smaller than the fog light, so you have to trim it.
the 01-03 version covers up the fog lights. if you want fog lights, you will need to completely reconstruct the lip. not worth it.

im pretty sure they sold another fog lightkit for the 01-03 version with the aero front lip. they were kinda square and mounted toward the inner sides of the lip.
but anyway i like the oem underspoiler front lip better than the aero front.

^^^ AGREE 100%. aero front looks dopey. but the sides and rear look wayyy better. oem front always looks pretty clean. or why dont u stray away from oem lip and get something better. go for a type r lip or mugen style or something. u say money isnt a factor.
