Oh...Either way, That **** wasn't that bad at all. As long as you don't put it into neutral at stoplights to roll backwards and make people think you have a manual, not too ricey IMO

true id like to know. i was planning on just putting in a manual center console with a shift *** like that untill i do a complete manual swap, but i wasnt sure how the whole shift *** would work since u have to push in the button to get out of park in the auto

i sold most of it and the rest i just threw out....it has been like this for a while, i jsut got around to cleaning it all out and taking pics

yea i made a DIY on how to change the shift **** and all like a year ago,https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...onversion.html you push down on the chrome button at the top to shift through the gears. I'm pretty sure that shift **** is the key here. Something special about its inner workings.

there is something inside the shift **** that presses down the shift lever, it works the same way as the stock one does...if you just unscrew the stock **** which takes two seconds you can see how it works...not hard at all im sure you can fab something up to shift

in the first 4 pics, it looks like it is manual transmission,

then in the next 2 pics after that it looks like it is in automatic transmission.

it is in automatic? jus looks different
