I want to put my roof wing on and I wanted to know what kind of double sided tape do I need?

3m double sided tape with the red backing. i think its called mounting/molding tape. clean both surfaces with alcohol, then put the tape on and put pressure on for at least a minute. let it sit overnight at least to cure. it will form a very strong bond if you do it right.

or you can use what body shops use for moldings and side skirts...its a black tar type resin which is also a good sealant...it'll stick on nice and it comes off with degreaser so it doesnt damage the paint

thats a ghetto bodyshop then. they all use 3m( or similar compeeting brand) doublesided tape. now i know they use that blackresin to seal up headlights, and it works great, but not on side skirts or a wing, its too stretchy and pliable.

yea its called molding tape, use that....i use it on my sideskirts and it holds great

my sideskirts are so old and ghetto now lol, a few of the brackets underneath fell off and i have broken chunks all over. but the tape is still holding them!
