Frozen Door Lock

So my passenger side door lock is frozen.

So what do I do...just leave the car in the garage ( heated)and eventually is going to be good ?

When I was up north, Id get graphite lock ease and squirt it in the locks, it saves the locks and prevents freezing up if you are using a key.

hot water

why not just get a glass of hot water and pour it over your door lock, you might have to pour around the edges of your door to. The hot water is enough to open your door, all it does is melt the ice.

^plus, the water will eventually cool down and freeze, possilby adding to the problem if some of it gets in the lock. just spend the 99 cents and get the little de icer can.
