Door Panel : New Vinyl

I was wondering if anybody has altered their door panel yet, you know, take off the fuzzy stuff and replace it with vinyl or somthing/.. I did it on my 95 civic... wondering if it's the same process on the 05 civic.

lots of people have done it, at least to the 7th gen. serch "door panel insert"
