I'd leave the lip black, I kinda like it that way. As far as the wheels, I like the enkei's, but IMO, 19 is still too big. I don't think a civic looks right with anything bigger than an 18, and even that's pushing it. Whatever works for you, tho. It is, after all your car, and your money. Besides, it's a definite improvement over the chrome.

True, but I have less of a problem with 19 inch rims than I do with huge stickers and yellow interiors. Besides, I'm trying to be nice.

Yeah, I know. It was a 5-minute job. All I did was select the lip and dumb it down some. I could do better if I actually tried, but, alas, I don't care that much. It was intended to just give you a basic idea.
