got these on wednesday off ebay. hopefully going in tonight. pre sprayed the bolts with pb blaster and managed to get the heat shield off. i have a lx coupe and ive heard rumors of cutting
i have 2 hours until a buddy is here so im going to just soak all the bolts with pb and hopefully it goes well

i had to cut one of the bolts when i did my motor swap. bitch wasnt comin off for **** and i used half a can of pb. be very gentle and use the closed end of a wrench. no sockets or anything. where did you pick it up?

It's true that you have to grind a little on the subframe for the HP 4-1 racing header w/high flow cat to fit properly. When I first put their header on my civic, the lowest pipe was actually touching the subframe, sending all the vibrations straight to the steering wheel! After the RPMs got above 2000, the engine lifted up enough to clear the subframe. They are good headers, as the high flow cat helps some, but HP racing should have made the header a 4-2-1 design for better clearance.
