HIDs

Hey guys Does anyone here run any of the HID kits out there. If so which brand kit do you feel has the advantage over everyone elses' right now. Any helpful advice when purchasing one would be greatly appreciated. Also would you rather install low wattage aftermarket bulbs or just go with the HID kits?

u can always get OEM and rebase it.... thats wat i had on projectors

^^not really. some do some dont, but most that i have seen in real life dont have a glare

actually they all do, reflectors are designed to glare with halogen bulbs so it lights up road signs. its not that noticable until you put hid in there and it amplifies that 3x, not to mention hid bulb produces different optics. here is a $600 catz pnp kit in oem housing. that looks like alot of glare to me. and if you still want a cheap kit, be ready for something to break in about a year or less. and good luck trying to find replacements. i cant believe i used to drive like this. not to mention its illegal btw
