ya i'm sry to break the unfortunate news that a fairly good lookin 7thgen is off the road for another week and a half......i rear ended some lady cuz she had no brake lights n when i saw her stop short i slammed on my brakes n turned out sooo i wouldn't hit her....but when my wheels caught the shoulder paint they just locked up n i hit her at an angle.....heres a pic
got the estimate....and insurance is covering it $5400....n i only gotta pay the decuctable $500

Rep Power: 261 That sux, did she get a ticket for no tail lights? cause thats bull ****. 500 isn't bad out of 5400, I only had to pay 100 when my car was like 1200.

Rep Power: 0 Why do you have to pay a deductible if it's her fault? Her insurance should cover it 100%. Unless she argued that her tail lights were working prior to the accident, then you're screwed.

Rep Power: 0 yea well technically its my fault cuz i hit her...but w.e the air bag didn't deploy n we were both alright i'm just happy its gettin fixed.

Rep Power: 261 ^^I think thats dumb since her car fails any safety inspection because it didn't warn you she was braking. It should be her fault but I guess they see it as you "didn't have control" of your car. Thats how it is in most cases.
