My car survivies!!!

My car survives after 2000+ miles driving from Chicago to California!
But it seems like it's like in pieces now.. The door reflectors were loose so I took them out on the road, the full nose mask I bought couldn't fully fit the bumper couple hours before I start driving from Chicago, so the side walls are scratched by the clips and buckles now... There's also noise coming from like the brake when the AC is on... one of the fog lights is smashed but still workable.. seems so many problems.. need some time to recover the car (especially thinking about doing a repaint of the entire car)...

well, anyway, driving the civic in CA is going to be fun!

mine makes a noise when the ac is on down by the breaks. Guess what mine is. Crankshaft bearing. If you dont have an oil pressure gauge i reccomend you get one, or have honda test your oil pressure before you hurt the crankshaft.

That is a long haul. In May I drove from Toronto to Fort Meyers and back. A little over 5000kms. I did a fluid change before I left and after I got back. Unfortuntely my front bumper cover looks grey compared to the rest of my NHB coupe. How did you tires hold up?

when I moved to CA, I drove from MA. 5 days of 10 hour driving; course the call only had 20k miles on it then.

Welcome to CA =)

hehe last october i drove alone from mass to socal (anaheim) in just under 76 hours... 3 hours into the trip some dumptruck droped a rock on the hood which then bounced into the windshield.. quarter sized dent on the hood and a dime sized chip in the glass.....

its a great drive... that was the 3rd time id made it

sounds like excuses. get the shop that installed the suspect parts to verify. dealerships are scandalous.
